What shipping company do you use?

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS).

At checkout you will have the option to choose your shipping method and our shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping charges.

 

When will you ship my order?

Orders are typically processed and packaged for shipment within  24 hours.

Please note: Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse on business days only, which are Monday through Friday. We do not provide Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.

 

How do I track my order?

We will provide you with the UPS tracking number or USPS delivery confirmation number the day we ship. You will receive an email from us alerting you that the order was shipped with the tracking number.

Do you ship to countries outside the United States?
Yes, we currently ship to most countries around the world.

 

Estimated Delivery Time For International Shipping

We estimate that an order to an international location will take 15-20 business days. While we can't guarantee a delivery date, we estimate that all orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours. From there, UPS or USPS estimate delivery of 3-4 business days to customs, and 2-3 business days for delivery after customs. We can't estimate customs time. We recommend that our customers contact their local customs office for details on customs times and possible delays.

 

Customs & Duties

Customs and import duties are charged to the customer once the package reaches the destination country. They're the sole responsibility of the customer, and will vary from country to country. If a customer chooses to refuse shipment due to customs and import duties, we can't refund the merchandise purchase price. Furthermore, the customer accepts all responsibility for following up with local postal services and customs once UPS or USPS makes delivery to the destination country.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you ship an order to Pennsylvania.

 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours after shipment of your item(s).

What is your Return Policy?

If you're not 100% satisfied with the merchandise you received, we'll gladly accept your return for a refund. Horsemaniac purchases can be returned to us within 30 days of your invoice sales receipt for refund.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

All items must be returned with an invoice sales receipt with all original merchandise packaging and labels intact. Non-stock special order items are not returnable. These items, available under special order only, have very low demand and we cannot resell them easily. As a result, we do not take returns on special order items.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns will be processed within three business days upon receipt.
